Hello!

My name is Andrea Small and I am the founder and principal design consultant for The Adored Nest. As a pharmacist, I loved working with my patients. But my creative /artistic side needed to be fed. I have always had a love for interior design and have always been fascinated at how powerful spaces can be.  After practicing as a pharmacist for a number of years, I have embraced this love once more with The Adored Nest. Over the years I have gained the skillset of listening to my patients and understand the importance of meeting their goals in a fiscally responsible manner.  I now use these same skills to provide people with beautifully functional spaces that won’t break the bank.

I love the feeling I get when I come home. It’s warm. It’s inviting. It’s a space that I love. I believe that everyone should have a space like that.  A retreat from the world. That’s my goal. My passion is to mix high end pieces, great budget finds and DIY design to create a look that is curated, loved and affordable for all.
